DAY 28 (5&1 Meal Plan)

Still seeing the weight “fall off”!

MEAL #1 @ 7:00 Strawberry Shake

MEAL #2 @ 10:00 1/2 of a Crunch Bar (because I knew I was going to be eating at 11:30 and that was just too far after 7:00 without anything to eat).

MEAL #3 @ 11:45 Lean & Green (Low Carb Six Dollar Burger from Carl’s Jr).  I treated the girls to burgers/nuggets from McDonalds since I had my sub for the morning and the girls had early release from school!

MEAL #4 @ 3:00 Cappuccino

MEAL #5 @ 6:00 2nd Lean & Green I munched on a few slices of our homemade pastrami while I was slicing it up!  Knowing that wasn’t quite “good enough” of a meal, I ate the other half of my crunch bar and at 6:30 I made a Pastrami Melt using a half-slice of one of those Orowheat Sandwich Thins.  I also had 2 heaping tablespoons of my Buffalo Chicken dip on a four celery sticks!  So guess that would be my 2nd Lean & Green today!

MEAL #6 (skipped)  I was super thirsty, but not at all hungry, plus I was going to bed at 9:15 and didn’t feel like I needed to fill my already ‘full’ belly.
