No scale…we’re outta town!
It’s New Year’s Eve!
MEAL #1 @ 8:30 Lean & Green: 2 egg omelet with 1/3 chicken breast, avocado, mushrooms, tomato, pepperjack cheese. Coffee.
MEAL #2 @ 10:45 Medifast Shake
MEAL #3 @ 1:30 Lean & Green: a 6″ Spicy Italian Subway Sandwich- without the bread!! Coffee
MEAL #4 @ 5:00 Lean & Green: Inside Outside Eggrolls (a 1/2 serving- those are so filling!) Coffee
MEAL #5 @ 8:00 Medifast Brownie. And since I’ve done so well with my carbs today, I’m able to add a 1/2 banana, a single Reese’s Peanut Butter cup and 2/3 glass of skim milk to my late-night snack!
Calorie count today 1,412. Goal of 1,382.
Aiming for a ratio of 30/30….or 40/30…..so Yee haw!!
The bad- I didn’t drink ANY water. Rather I had about 5 cups of coffee and a sparkling water all day….
