I’ve decided to become a Health Coach for the “Take Shape For Life” program so I can share what I’ve learned with others and help everyone I know to become a healthier individual. This program works for everyone- whether you have just “those last 10” pounds to lose….or 20 or 30 or even 80 or more. And there’s a program for everyone- Diabetics, Nursing Moms, the elderly, teens, even if you have severe food allergies!
I’ve seen so many people have success with this program- people I know personally (1st picture), wives of old schoolmates (2nd picture), friends of friends (3rd picture), other TSFL coaches (4th picture and that was taken just 2 months after she started the program!), all of the people shown below are REAL people in our area- people you may know! These are not edited pictures.
There are entire families following the TSFL program and loving their new lives. People who have tried everything else- Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Adkins, juicing diets, even gastric bypass surgery without results- they are seeing results with TSFL.
It’s easy, but it takes dedication and determination.
Know why diets fail? Because that’s all they are- a diet.
Sure, this program starts out as a “diet”….. but along the way you are learning a new way to eat. After you reach your goal weight and slowly reintroduce foods, you learn that the key to keeping the weight off is simple: eat a high protein and low carb balanced meals five or six times a day. You’ll eat smaller quantities, you’ll have balanced glucose levels in your blood stream, you’ll feel energized and ready to go!
