DAY 62 (Transition Week 3)

Weight this morning: 123.6

BREAKFAST @ 6:30 Medifast pancake, coffee, water.   Super hungry at 8:00 so I cooked an egg.

SNACK @ 10:00 Medifast pudding, 1/2 slice of whole wheat bread with 1 T peanut butter.

LUNCH @ 12:30  1/2 serving of Taco Soup, 1/2 a string cheese, Salad 

SNACK @ 1:30 a gingerbread man was calling my name- geesh I cannot stay away from them!  Even frozen!!  Thank goodness there’s only one left after this one!

SNACK @ 3:00 half a banana

DINNER @ 5:30 Medifast Crunch Bar (dinner to go for me- we’ve got basketball!)
