BREAKFAST @ 6:30 Medifast Pancake, 1 egg, Coffee w/eggnog

SNACK @ 9:30 Medifast Crunch Bar, Starbucks sugar free peppermint mocha breve no whip

LUNCH @ 1:30 Medifast Soft Bake, cornnuts (hee hee), an ounce of cream cheese

DINNER @ 6:00 Red Robin burger with a lettuce bun, small side salad with blue cheese dressing and 5 (yes 5) french fries.  Water.  Corona Light.
